End Chicago Cider Week with a little sparkle and a lot of attitude at Cider Peekeasy, a burlesque variety show taking over the Newport Theater on Saturday, February 21.

Produced and curated by Tila Von Twirl, this high-energy burlesque show features a stacked lineup of talented performers, blending glamour, tease, and bold performances for a sultry, speakeasy-inspired night.

Doors open at 6:30 PM. This is a ticketed event, with General Admission tickets and VIP tickets available here.

As a special Chicago Cider Week perk, guests who show the Chicago Cider Week event calendar at the bar will receive one complimentary 1911 Honeycrisp cider with their ticket.

Charity Karaoke's mission is to create community impact through play.  They support local not-for-profit organizations through direct charitable donations while providing karaoke freely as a vehicle for socialization and awareness.  All contributions are encouraged but never required.

Organization: CHIditarod Foundation is A 501(c)(3) Nonprofit organization created to help solve Chicago’s hunger challenges.  The CHIditarod Foundation seeks to alleviate hunger and solve the root causes of hunger through creativity, engagement and direct action. We accomplish these goals by creating unique, creative, participatory events that raise funds and providing grants to local 501(c)(3) organizations that share our hunger-fighting mission.

We all love cider — especially ERIS ciders — as-is. Cider is delicious!

But cider is also very versatile, as libations go. We combine cider with beer for snakebites, and when it comes to cocktails it’s a whole new world! ERIS’s bar director will talk you through which spirits lend themselves well to cider and which ones to avoid. After sampling various liquors we’ll build a cocktail recipe together and drink the fruits of our labor!

Uncle John's Cider and Chicago Cider Week celebrates local metal legends Embittered, as they release their new album: "Archatron." Join members of the band at Kuma's Corner on Thursday, Feb 19th for an album listening party as we raise a glass of fermented fruit (cider!) and brace for sonic assault. 

The dark altar of Kuma's kitchen has conjured a burger special for the auspicious occasion. Named after the band; the Embittered Burger features: apple onion jam, Dusseldorf mustard, goat cheese w/ chives and arugula.

The evening will also feature several ciders on tap, including: Seattle Honeycrisp, Tandem Smackintosh, Uncle John's Tepache (Cider w/ pineapple, cinnamon and clove)

And some cider options in cans, including: Original Sin Black Widow, Uncle John's Apple Apricot

Cider Summit Chicago returns to our original home - Lakeview Terrace at Navy Pier for our 12th annual festival! Join us on Saturday, January 31, 2026 with expanded event hours (2:00pm-6:00pm) and a new Pre-Opening tasting featuring cider and Molly’s Cupcake pairings! As always, our festival will feature 125+ selections from more than 40 leading cider, mead and fruit spirit producers.

Dry - 7.8% ABV
Dabinett and Spitzenberg apples sing harmoniously amidst aromas of warm apricot, maraschino cherry and green apple. Fruit-forward with delicate body and fresh acid, rounded out by smooth, integrated tannin. Blend of Dabinett and Esopus Spitzenberg cider apple varieties from Dietrich Orchards, Conklin, MI.

STORMALONG CIDER - GOLDEN RUSSET & FRIENDS
Medium - 6.9% ABV
Golden Russet is an American heirloom apple prized by cider makers for its honeysuckle sweetness and abundant fruity acids. Those used in this cider are blended with a few "friendly" apples that provide tannic structure. Notes of limestone on the nose, white peach, toffee and baking spice on the palate. Blend of Golden Russet, Esopus Spitzenburg, Somerset, Redstreak, and Yarlington Mill apples grown at Sunrise Orchards, Cornwall, VT.
