Well-crafted cider begins with great apples that are full of personality and a sense of place from orchards grown with care. Now with over 125 licensed cider producers and as the second largest apple growing state in the country, New York is producing world class ciders made from world class apples all the way from the Niagara Frontier to the Finger Lakes to the Catskills to the Hudson Valley to Long Island and to New York City.

NY Cideries currently scheduled to pour include Angry Orchard, 1911 Established Cider, Brooklyn Cider House, Graft Cider, Hudson North Cider Co., Hudson Valley Farmhouse Cider, Lake Drum Brewing Cider, Original Sin Cider, Pennings Farm Cidery, Seminary Hill Cider, Steampunk Cider, Treasury Cider, and Wolffer Estate Cider.
